Fully-functional urban winery in an historic 1800’s building featuring exposed brick archways & wood ceiling beams. Here whole grapes from the San Joaquim Valley in Lodi, California, become crafted into artisan wines by a vintner who follows an authentic Tuscan process- all in the heart of Columbus’s Brewery District.

Wine Varietals in 2005
Looks like we've agreed on the purchase of the LLC kit - that's company seal, share certificates etc. And we've got those Tax Forms. We just need to be clear about the Tax Status Election we make, then file it and get our Tax ID No. Seems like this can all be done on-line.
FYI - in 2005 we did two Blends. I give our case prices too. The grape comes from San Joachim (or San Joaquin), California.
Blend 1 - Bordeaux; Cab Sauv ($23.50), Cab Fran ($24) and merlot ($26).
Blend 2 - Signature; SanGiovese ($24.50) & "not telling" ($36).
Due to non-arrival of the "not telling" and Cab Franc, the stomping was split over two days , the 1 October and 5 October.
I've kept some "cellar notes" on the primary fermentation of the varietals that I 'll share another time
