Anton will have contributions about barrels from his ordering experience. I'll let him decide what photo of him to use. I have one in mind, but I think he would kill me if I actually used it. If I used it, I would probably have to use the photo of me in underpants.
Anyway, the barrel sizes meant we had to alter plans on filling them last weekend. Consequently we placed an order with Flex-Tank's Jan (v.nice lady) for a 100L ullage preventer to take up the head-space we're left with in barrel 3.
Also, we ordered sophisticated bungs from equally nice people at Barrel Mill, who're supplying them free of charge (so I offered to pay shipping).
The ullage preventer arrived today. The sophisticated bungs are still with UPS.
I 'll write more on ullage preventers and the sophisticated bungs another time.
Anton is also going about to get us a bank account. More on that it develops.
Mike says he has Tax stuff too. No news on the LLC "kit". He also wants to change his photo - such vanity, which I've tried to do, but the one he wanted only appears in the May Archive - check him out.
