Can you take on the following items? Thanks.
1. LLC "Kit".
Apparently you can get stationary kits for LLCs that comprise of company
seal, share certificates etc.
Can you hunt one down, price it up and propose it as a purchase.
2. Tax ID.
I sent out to everyone the FAQ for LLC Tax Election - a pdf file.
By now they should have read it through.
Can you check out the Tax ID application/registration process. I think you
can do it all online with the IRS.
I want to have everyone agree what our tax status is so we file for the
proper stuff. Bring any printouts of forms on Sunday so we can fill one out
for you to use as the template for when you register online.
FYI - I got your receipt for cleaning materials and have entered it into
The Books.
PS - What's the mileage from your house to mine? I want to record your
trips for mileage claims you may make later on.
