Bottling | Trouve 2010

As Gregorian Chant music played in the background, winemakers tasted Trouve straight from the barrel~  You can see this actually happening on the wineries Vine-ViaVecchiaWinery

Today was a special occasion, marking the very first Trouve bottled at the Front St. location since moving the winery from Powell to Columbus, Ohio. This Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot blend that Via Vecchia creates is known as their crowd favorite and a most exceptional dinner wine that changes during the course of your meal.

All wine at Via Vecchia is aged for a minimum of two years, however this particular French Oak barrel was aged for an additional 6 months before bottling; Keep in mind, all barrels that were filled in 2010 are on this same timeline, so we will be expecting even older wine to be bottled.

This batch of Trouve presents a unique yet aquainted dryness of favorite bolder blends, a full bodied earthy taste with dark cherry tones. Following tradition with bottling by the cycle of the moon, an incredible clarity is also a point of notice as well as a brilliant burgundy hue-

There is a limited 250 bottle supply of this particular Trouve 2010,
