Mmmm, today's title comes from one-eyed, one armed, Admiral Horatio Lord Nelson (inventor of "mission control") to Hardy, as he lay dying below decks of a sniper's shot to his spine, and after learning he had finally smashed the whole French fleet at Trafalgar (1805).
Quite what this has to do with wine making, I've forgotten as I wrote it. I think it had something to do with "inevitability" or "destingy", that being the Turkish translation of "Kismet", but quite where "Kiss Me" comes into it, I really don't know.
