As promised, Michael turned up on Sunday to do his share. He was on Demijon and Secondary fermenter detail. Here he is carrying a demijohn back down into the winery.
I guess it's just as well we don't mind the physical aspect of this game as there are times when it's all about physical effort. Maybe that's why we like the wine - maybe the wine benefits from all this energy?
Still no sign of the missing adapter for the grape crusher stand - I followed through today to try and get a status of where it's at. Not nervous yet, but getting there.
