Inevitability

It always had an air of inevitability about it.
And so, inevitably, we hear we have been granted the coveted A-2 license by the State.
We are fully official now.
Thanks Michael for dogging the license and tasting rules and finding this out for us.

On a more mundane note perhaps, Anton and I went to Nina's to get the extra bungs and airlocks and a demijon to replace the broken one.

I asked about presses, since we'll be doing a fair bit of that after taking off the free run wine. After not being enamoured with the small ones she had going for rent, and not being tempted into buying a bigger one (she could do us a deal, you know), she said she had a bigger one in the basement. Ok, so can we rent it? She was thinking about this. Was it sold to another customer? What was there to think about?
So the deal is we can have it if we do the lifting etc, as it's in the basement. So's I follow her into the basement and there's a nicely sized press. Her own and she doesn't let it out. We're privileged.

Thankyou , Nina.
