(My Vespa (PK-125), local wine and my homemade taglietelle hanging out so as not to stick together)How come the last couple of posts to this wine Blog do not appear? I've been in a few times now and sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't.
The winery design element collaboration is continuing. We have key phrases we associate with what we're about and doing - making quality wine in our quality winery. We have images we believe complement them.
Next week may see some more progress on this.
Met with Marty this morning to update him on wine progress, especially last Saturday's session. Everything's on track - winewise.
I need to keep calling on the wine grapes now. I'm getting nervous leaving it so late with the main guy being out until Sept 3rd-ish. I'll call again and maybe give them an idea of quantity, but I want to do this after I get pricing to then push for some extra benefit, like a discount or free delivery. I think I'll outline the wine grape varietals and just say there'll be an order bigger than ever before and will need delivery. Wine Grapes should be in anytime from Sept 15th.
Wine, wine, wine, it's all about the wine!
