The FEDs called Monday Morning. Apparently there's a list of 10 things need answering. How did we miss that? Well you have to realise that it's never enough to complete the form. The form does not give them all the info they want. So what's the point of the form? Good one that. I believe it enables them to make it up as they go along.
Anyway, once they realise you just want to get on with it and not argue with them they become genuinely helpful. So, form 5120.25 apparently has an instruction sheet with 10 questions and she told me which ones to deal with and she then went on to tell me she was working the form for me her end. Nice.
So Monday night I'm measuring the basement and drawing up a scale plan view. Then I have to write up the location of the property and describe the basement and where the production takes place etc etc etc.
They want to know about security, 'cos they want you to "protect the revenue". And some other things. The LLC got copied again and the certificate of LLC registration too.
She wanted me to call her before faxing this in, but I couldn't get her today sdo I left a message and told her it was on the fax.
Background Checks - State
This continues.
So I call securecheck and want to give them the permit ID so they can send in our results and the State can match them to our application. Securecheck says they don't do that. That they have already sent our results in.
Ok, do I really want to know if it all came together at the State's end? No, but I guess I will. Stay posted.
