Grail. Mentioned a few times now. Must be something in it, innit? I sang in chorus for Wagner's "Parcifal" in Covent Garden Opera House when I was 13. Little did I know I'd be Questing for a Grail with Anton a few years later.
I'm not sure about any amount of fame though. Being blasee and matter-of-fact is preferred - being generous and group minded, as evidenced in the preferred use of "we" 'stead of "I", is ideal; in concordance with Anton's statement on humility. So, I don't know what to think about being named ("outed even") as someone who is both loved and hated (at the same time?). It's the being named bit that feels like an ill-fitting suit (Macbeth had something to say about that too, but he had reason to). It feels funny to be named in public. How do those in the public eye deal with it? Anyhow, I "loved" Anton's prima dicta.
Now to the continuing business of Wine - had a brief meeting tonight. We have the Tax ID, we took up a collection and paid some debts. We're going to think about production volumes for Season 2006, together with grape varietals. We need to do some research over a few key pieces of equipment; must/wine pump, filter, bottle filler.
Mike was off at a lingerie convention thing - something about re-organisations and stuff. We wonder if he's able to bring back a few "goodies" of the flimsy variety (not for our personal use of course, although I don't know...where's Eddie I?).
