We're On the Air!

Boy, that was fun!
Today Michael and Paolo did a Radio Show - the "Kitchen Sink" program hosted by Zachary Lamas for WSCS 90.9FM, out of New Hampshire. They also have online Radio too - hope you caught it.
We tried to stay focused on what Via Vecchia holds dear in its wine making, with the emphasis of minimalist intervention and experience. We did not criticise the industry for what it generally does to make wine as we couched that in terms of they couldn't risk making wine our way and therefore needed the comfort blankets of the cultured yeasts, the copper sulfite, potassium suflites, sulfites, bentonite, filtration and so on. We said that wine drinkers, as consumers, should just check out the claims the wine makes as to being unfiltered etc, before they buy. We nearly got onto the dumbing down of food, but "Rasputin" pulled us back. "Rasputin" being the code word that Paolo and Mike agreed would be used by one if the other was ranting, grand-standing, being nasty or generally obnoxious.
I wonder what the listeners thought of us?
