(left - The Soca Warriors - Trinidad 7 Tobago's World Cup Footbal team) Well I don't know what to say or think. Last "Rights" or Last "Rites"? At any rate, too deep for me.
And too deep for the team from Trinidad & Tobago, The Soca Warriors, who held Sweden to 0-0 today in World Cup Football. They were understandably ecstatic and in no condition to interpret Anton's posting.
The last 25 minutes of the game were great, so desperate as Sweden literally slugged it out to avoid the humiliation. Reminiscent of boyhood playground games when no quarter's given. The anger on the faces of the Swedish team was very visible. The Soca Warriors were even 1 man down!
Then Poland lose 2-0 to Ecuador - what! What a great game this is - no matter how much money you throw at your team or how well developed the game is at home, everyone has everything to play for, it's so open as it's not easy to win a game.
Anyway wine. I did some volume figuring today. Working out bottle costs with a number of factors thrown in. Also worked numbers back from number of bottles to cases of grapes. It gives us a better idea of what we're in for and what we could get back. Anton is eager to come down from theological pontificating and complete the forms. Looks like this will be next week sometime.
Funding for this may need re-jigging. We have two members who may not be able to make their equal level of financial commitment. Maybe we can set up a loan company?
